Welcome to Haval Companion. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our application and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

Contact Data: includes email address and mobile telephone numbers.
Technical Data: includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location.
Profile Data: includes your username, vehicle information, and lead source.
Usage Data: includes information about how you use our application.

If you use Google or Apple Sign-In, we will collect the basic profile information (such as name and email) provided by those services in accordance with your consent.

How to Delete Your Account

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. To do so, please follow these steps within the Haval Companion app:

Open the Haval Companion app and ensure you are logged in.
Navigate to the Account page from the main menu.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Delete Account button.
Confirm your action in the dialog prompt that appears.

Upon submitting a deletion request, your account will be scheduled for deletion, and all your associated personal data (including profile data and vehicle information) will be permanently erased after our standard safety retention period.
